May Bank Holiday
Our office will close for the May Bank Holiday weekend at 4pm on Friday 3rd May 2024, re-opening at 9am on Tuesday 7th May 2024. All orders placed online over the Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched promptly from 7th May, please note that delivery lead times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
For any delivery enquiries relating to an order which has already been dispatched, you should have received an e-mail from our couriers (either APC or DX). Contact details for our couriers are as follows: APC 01543 466455; DX 0333 241 5034. Our team will be on hand to assist with any delivery related enquiries upon our return to the office on Tuesday 7th May.

If you need to contact us about a delivery, to ensure that your enquiry gets through to the right team please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will do everything possible to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Although we understand that speed of delivery is very important to our customers, a delay in the courier networks is always a possibility, and on occasions orders can also be delivered as a split delivery. For this reason, it's not possible for an online business to 100% guarantee delivery dates. However, should a delay with the couriers occur we will do our very best to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
