Our woven stainless steel mesh provides a high level of protection against corrosion. We can offer either standard grade 304 stainless steel, or the higher quality grade 316 stainless steel (sometimes called Marine Grade). Grade 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, which is added to boost its resistance to corrosion and should be selected if the material is to be used in a salt water or coastal environment.
We carry huge stocks of woven mesh, available in a wide variety of hole sizes and wire thicknesses. The mesh count (2 Mesh, 3 Mesh, 4 Mesh etc.) refers to the number of holes across a linear inch on the material. The mesh is cut from the roll widths shown on the product page, and is priced per linear metre.
